For Junior 6a I use 127Mb hash tables despite having 512Mb RAM. So, I too would appreciate any suggestions for fixing this. As a side point, and I think this has been mentioned before, is it better to use a power of 2 (i.e. 64, 128, 256, 512,...) for Junior 6a or Fritz 6a hash table sizes?
