You can find all the answers to these questions on my site,
http://perso.wanadoo.fr/alemanni/
You will find the characteristics of more than 80 International draughts
programs (and about 70 other draughts programs playing other rules), where you
can get them, and the results of all the championships played between these
programs from 1987 to 2001.
So, it is no very usefull to play these games on your computer. A lot of players
or programmers already did that for you. Just look at the results :o)
