Free:
Scid 2.2 will do that.

Commercial:
Chess Assistant
Rebel
(I imagine that ChessBase does also, but I don't have a copy of that program).

If you are not a techno-geek, don't bother with SCID.  It requires installation
of TCL/TK and a few other fiddly things that will put many people off.  Also,
the commercial database systems can do things that free ones can't.

On the other hand, if your budget is $0.00, then SCID is for you.
