Gerald,

You should have no problems using Win 95 or 98 with these older DOS programs. I
use Win 95 and I recommend that you use at least the 2nd edition of it. When
you use the old OS ie DOS 5 or 6.22 you do not have the convenience of "plug and
play" . This will be a big headache for you since all the new devices do not
work with the old DOS. AVOID DOS.

If you have an old DOS system then go for it. When you need to repair it just
through it out because things like old video boards and old memory chips won't
be available.

DOS is nice but it is time to move on.
