Subject: Recommendations for a travel chess program?

Hey guys -

I'm interested in purchasing a travel chess computer.  I've got two options,
I could purchase a Novag computer (or something similar) or I could purchase a
chess computer for my Palm (Pocket Chess).  I'm not a very strong player (circa
1400), but I'd like to get a computer that would challenge me.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Also, does anyone know the rating of the Pocket Chess application?
