Hi Peter,

Sorry about the web page cock-up - That's my fault.

Version C can run under Win2000.
There are also some new flags that you can set if you want winboard to play as a
chess server on ICC etc - (not relevant for what I'm doing)
I have tried B & C on Win98 and both do the job equally well.
