I rarely play chess these days, but when I do it is usually on FICs or
ICS.
I use a Macintosh - and I use:

For playing chess on the Internet:

      - Fixation
   For FICS

      - Fixation

For analyzing chess positions/games
   HIARCS 6.0 Mac
   Crafty 14.6 Mac
   Sigma Chess 4 Mac
   Chessmaster 4000 Mac
   MacChess 4.0
   Grandmaster Chess
   Sargon V

For Database/PGN usage:
   ExaChess 1.2 Pro
   SmartChess

For printing out chess games with diagrams, etc.
   ExaChess 1.2 Pro
   ChessWriter
   SmartChess

Learning software:
   Chess Mentor Mac
   Maurice Ashley Teaches Chess (should arrive tomorrow)
   Chess Mates
   Dr Schiller Teaches Chess

I also have lots and lots of other Macintosh chess software,
such as:
   Freeware:
      GNUChess 4.0b6
      RChess
   Commercial Chess Software
      Check Mate
   Older versions:
      CM3000, CM2100, CM2000
      MacChess 3.0e, 3.0, 2.5.1, 2.5, 2.0, 1.0
