P4 1.6 Ghz = ~ power for the most programs from P3 933Mhz - 1GHz single system. Interesting new system for the moment: Dual Pentium III 1 GHz Example for Deep Shredder = ~ 450.000 - 500.000 nps Athlon 1.33 Ghz Example for Deep Shredder = ~ 300.000 nps For ~ 800,-- DM (in Germany) you get a better system for chess as compare a Athlon 1.33 Ghz ! Interesting at the momenet the Dual main boards from ABit and MCI with Pabst cooler. With the ABit Board is 1.13 Ghz for Pentium III 1 Ghz no problem. Best Frank
