Mogens,

ich wäre sehr enttäuscht wenn hier die Programmierer alle ein Anrecht darauf
hegen würden gegen Kramnik zu spielen. Die Frage stellt sich nicht.

Spielt denn Ehre heute überhaupt keine Rolle mehr ?

Wenn ich bei mehreren wichtigen Turnieren nicht gewinnen konnte, würde mir nicht
im Traum einfallen zu sagen ... ich will jetzt aber gegen Kramnik spielen oder
eine Quallifikation muß her.

Das sagt doch nur ein schlechter Verlierer.
Machen wir uns doch nichts vor.

Alle anderen Ausreden sind lächerlich und sprechen nicht für Ehrgefühl.

Ich bin gespannt was die Programmierer selbst sagen.
Es kann nur ehrenhaft sein zu sagen:

"Stefan hat alles gewonnen er muß uns vertreten"

Kommt das nicht scheint das liebe Geld doch wichtiger zu sein als Ehrgefühl.
Dies ist zwar auch nichts besonderes in der Gesellschaft aber solange es
Möglichkeiten gibt einzuwirken sollten wir diese wahrnehmen.
