I think that no program should play against kramnik before proving that it can beat weaker players. I think that a better idea is to play 6 game match at tournament time control between the top 10 programs and good human grandmasters(elo between 2600 and 2700) I suggest that the decision about the top programs that are invited can be based on a swiss tournament of 15 rounds when everybody is invited. The programs that can prove that they can beat a player above 2600 in a match at tournament time control may get a player with rating above 2700 like anand and only if they win again a 6 games match they will have the right to play kramnik.
