I think it is not my job to make any initaives here but the one of BGN as
after all it is their show. BGN could decide to board out the organisation
to qualified people.

I think the money involved, 5 x $5000 = $25000 is more than sufficient to
attract the above mentioned grandmasters or other grandmasters.

Live Internet support of the games and so on, the sceanario will give it
some status and might take away the current criticism.
