Go ahead and buy the Rebel 11.0 and download the free upgrade.I 'm sure You'll be allright with the Rebel package running it with Windows ME.The OP system I'm using now is Windows 2000 Professional.You might consider it later when You encounter problems with Windows ME not being able to fully optimize Your Programs full potenial.Well I hope that it helped.
