You can run Rebel Century 3 from your desktop with 200 Mb for hash tables.
After installation just drag the icon from the program-group "Rebel Century
3" to your desktop.

If you have many programs on your task-bar change the hash table size to
100 Mb.

It is true we had a few complaints running Rebel Century 3 under Windows ME.
In that case Rebel-Support will help you out.
