I would certainly not say that.

I don't think Weiner is dishonest.

I just think he is always trying to bias the facts in his favor. We all do the
same to some extend. But in his case, he is going so far that it is extremely
tiring for everybody around.

Biasing does not mean lying or spreading false informations. But the way he does
it, he is always on the edge.

What I am saying is mostly based on his written communications (public or
private). I met him in person during the WCCC Paderborn (1999) and we had a nice
talk one evening, for several hours. Elvis was also here and I have good
memories of this evening.
