I would like some clarifications on your quote. Are non SMP programs exempt only
because they are not non SMP? If not so, then a better program on a 1.5GHz
Athlon would have a good chance as the 8 way computer will be only about 3 (yes
only three) times faster, and that's not that many rating points. Is it not so?
