To me, there seem to be two good ways to choose a qualifier. First would be to
just intive Shredder, as it already holds the WCCC and WMCCC titles. If this is
unacceptable, then how can you hold a tiny four program tournament and claim
that you can find the legitimate challenger?

How about this: invite Shredder as the WCCC, and DB because everybody knows
about it. Then, pick the other two participants based on results at the upcoming
CSVN tournament.
