Because the database have to be rewritten for that feature also. So
introducing this feature you get a new database format creating the
usual temporarily conversion troubles. Similar to CBF -> CBH.

Engine or features? Both will be different. It's unclear for the
moment. We have some 12-15 months to go.

You can combine everything using the ELO setting option.
