The Millennium company saying no is hardly surprising if the conditions contain
requirements that prolonged the original negotiations between BGN and
Millennium. Then the challenger playoff is a foregone conclusion. Deep Blue is
obviously out of contention and Millennium is given the choice: cave in or
withdraw. Caving in would be humiliating, so the result is obvious. Laughable
indeed.
