Hey Rajen,

There is one essential point to be made.

The selection process was made in secret and not in full view, using biased
conditions instead of open qualification. That excludes basic principles of
fairness and ethical behaviour IMO.

The prehistory between BGN and Millennium more or less excluded an acceptance of
the invitation issued to Shredder. Besides, who knows changes have been made to
the arrangement after Shredder said no initially. A copy of the original
invitation would be nice.
