We need a competition of the four strongest programs like the halffinals in
humanchess in the best times.So add the single-tiger and make lots of rounds
with tournamenttimecontrols.It could be so easy to make the world more fair.
Who believes that the deeps are 250 Elo stronger as the same program in the
singleversion is a unrealistic dreamer.

I will give my vote for #3 by an election.
