Well, for that matter, the program Quagnazots beats both programs 100:0 every time. Quagnazots uses tachyons to compute faster than light and successfully predicts the opponent's move before they make it 100% of the time. The only problem is that the tachyon particles always dissapear before they exist, which makes the programming of the system somewhat problematic.
