I think you got the point. If you read the postings of Christophe and me carefully you can read the main pain between the lines, that is being IGNORED on beforehand by Enrique (and perhaps Bertil too) as in the between time it has become clear to me the negoatiations are going on for months already. No contact has been made, not to Christophe, not to me. Not being informed by Enrique nor by BGN. Because we were unaware of the things that were going on we were not able to defend our case by the BGN people and present our programs as logical candidates. The VERY same applies for other programs, Crafty, Ferret, ChessMaster, etc. No chance, just filtered out on before hand.... As a programmer you only get such a chance once in a life-time and being ignored in such a way is considered as an insult to everything you have achieved in all those years as you have no chance on beforehand. Again, "worldchampion vs worldchampion" is all okay with me but when the topic is to have the "best" program playing Kramnik than I say, "Hey wait a minute, that is highly debatable" and I want to be part of that play-off and so does Christophe.
