Kurt - where can I get hold of the Kostick book? Do you think that it is
definitely a better book than the CM8000 or do you use it because you think it
fits the 'style' of CM Utzinger?
I am currently running your settings without the Kostick book. My current
experimental settings are leading CM Utzinger 3.5 - 1.5, but still early days. I
want to try it against El Rey and others before I can say that my settings are
worthwhile.
