  That's correct. Only program author, or a person explicitly pointed be him/her
(which was my case in cct-1 and cct-2).
  And Christophe has said many times here he's not willing to participate in
such a contest because he cannot be sure the other authors are using their
original programs. In other words, he's aware of cheating.
  Or am I wrong, Chris?
