Look yourself at the position. Ne4 is going to lose the game after a long fight for white. What are whites options? Well just sacrafice a piece. Suppose that Bd3 is 'only' a draw for white. Would that already be acceptible? Because if i play a few moves then score goes up rapidly to a score which is nearly better as the score before playing Bd3. Try the scores after Bd3 Qxc3 Rh4 Qa5. But also look at the position. You get a queen already with white forced. Black wing is underdeveloped completely. Most likely white can pick a draw if he wants to. The only question i can't answer you is whether white also WINS here. But a draw would considering the alternative (ne4 and a slow loss) be a very good option. Hence i conclude Bd3 is by far best move. Am i the only one here who has a bit of common sense? Letting a forward pruning program analyze this ... hehehehehe
