Subject: tester needed for network version of DIEP

Hi,

A version of diep which is parallellized over the network i'm
looking for someone with a network and fast machines attached to it,
of about same speed. The more machines the better. Real cool would
be same hardware and a lot of machines.

I want to measure its speedup, not whether it works. i have myself
also network and can test whether it works here too, but not
measure speedup of it.

At least 100mbit network, hopefully faster and windows or linux,
though i can't test whether it works for linux as i can only boot
at 1 computer linux here and i have it not attached to network.

I need loads of testdata to measure speedup. It is not a few minutes
thing i fear and one needs to know how to work with a computer a bit,
like creating directories and starting programs from command prompt.

Volunteers please email diep@xs4all.nl,
thanks and i definitely go post here what results are.

Hopefully before end of next week even...
