For me these conditions only prove that the organizers want kramnik to win the
match.

I do not know if the conditions are an idea of the organizers or the idea of
kramnik but the organizers decides about the conditions and not kramnik.
I believe that kramnik has no problem to play against an unknown program if
enough money is involved.

I hope that kramnik is going to say that he does not want to get a copy of the
program because it is not fair.
In this case he is going to earn a lot of respect from chess players.
