I'm generally skeptical of claims that small tweaks to an engine produce big differences in strength; but seeing is believing. Here is a blitz (5/3) game between CM8000 (Utzinger) and CM8000 (Default Personality). White starts an attack against the Black King while Black's queenside is still undeveloped. He sacs a Bishop for two pawns to break up Black's kingside. Then he sacs a Rook in a nasty mating attack. I've never seen Chessmaster get tactically trounced like this before.
