You are right, it must have been a hash table problem. My settings are 96Mb HT
and the 16Mb recommended TB hash size.
When I read your message, I checked this and found HT was at 384Kb. It might
been due to the upgrade, resetting values.

GT gave the same result. Here's the CT14 output
