Nah, I don't think so. Can you imagine if even ONE such complaint got published?
He'd be the laughing stock of the chess world, whatever the result. In fact
that's what would happen if they complained about any changes anyhow.

Braingames stops match in protest!
New Delhi, India - Braingames, the organizing body of the closely watched match
between the World Champion, Vladimir Kramnik, and the PC computer program, Deep
Bladder, current BGN world living-room computer champion, stopped the match
after the 5th game in protest due to "contractual issues". Indeed, the match,
scheduled to last 16 games, was stopped short after experts noticed
inconsistencies between the version sent to the WC and the one playing him.
Apparently it used to develop its pieces much less well, evidencing changes with
the current version from the one sent to him 3 months ago for his match
preparation. Although none can clearly attribute this for it's current score of
2.5-2.5, the fact that the program did not play exactly what had been previously
prepared by the Kramnik team clearly showed something was amiss, and
psychological reasons are given for the score as opposed to actual playing
ability. This is reminiscent of the much publicized match in 1997 between....
Uh-huh. Whatever might happen, they would have to be completely mad to draw any
attention to this, even so much as speculation. :-)
