From the followup by Mike, it can be seen, that WB did not send the computer.
Only WB versions after 4.0.5 (or 4.0.6) send the computer.

OTOH, for my private testing, I prefer Crafty seeing not the computer command.
This is not to judge the strength of Crafty, but rather to see more variance in
the games, in the hope, that with this I can see more different problems.

The computer command can be disabled in the most recent versions of
WinBoard/Xboard.
