Relevant to what. Who says they would have left either way?.
Who's to say they wouldn't have negotiated with Shredder in?
And who says they couldn't negotiate with Shredder in?
The rules negotiated would have applied to all. Also who's to say even when
they negotiated if those terms weren't accepted by BGN that they wouldn't have
still accepted the invite.
