Subject: Technical question for Christophe, is safe to delete HT.INI?

Christophe, I hope you read this! Pete on Rebel Board wanted to know how he can
clear booklearning for the engine book of Tiger. I think it's in HT.INI but is
it safe to delete it? Or better not?
