The Organisation that GAVE the official title ( FIDE ) asked Karpov to fight for his title again. In the Shredder case BGN opens a complete new Title competition. To have similarities to the Karpov case BGN would have to ask V. ANAND to fight for his Title AGAIN against Kramnik after a Tourney against lets say Kasparov, Shirov ....
