Hi: The THEME is not what is in fact the stronger program to play K. Who knows by certain? Maybe is Tiger, maybe not. I think it could be. Probably no program is enough strong for that. The theme is that for organizing any kind of event you must cut somewhere and for that you must use some rules. So, it is not an arbitrary behaviour what has left Tiger out, but the fact the rules does not fit to your understable desire to get into. Then, what we could do is to critizice the rules. It is enough some tittles got in this or that tourn? It is fair not taking into account some more or less informal tourns played by some people showing Tiger could be there? Or just the feeling of some people -me included- that Tiger should be there? All this is sensible, but the fact that nothing of it was taken into account does not means arbitrariness or even something worst is the reason. We could say "Enrique is mistaken in his decision" and maybe he is, but we should not say "Enrique has behaven arbitrarily". I think he thinks he has made his best and more honest choice according to his experience about progs strenght. Everybody knows how much time he dedicates to test programs. So maybe he is wrong, but a mistaken decision is not equal to an arbitrary decision. I prefer to consider that than to speculate about a bad, arbitrtary, unacceptable behaviour, unless proof on the contrary be presented. My best fernando
