You can reach Mr Keene at Excellent, in case the ICCA proposal gets accepted, are more programs allowed to enter the tournament around july/august? I'm sure that in july 2001 many programs will be way stronger as Junior or Fritz, especially if hardware is open to allow duals and perhaps even some quads or faster. I love open hardware events, would be cool to see also a program like Cilkchess and P.Conners play there for a rather simple reason.
