I would expect a 3:1 advantage to Deep Blue _at least_.  IE 15:5 or better,
IMHO.  This is based on 1997 deep blue.  If Hsu had done his new chip and
had it ready, I think it would be much more lopsided since that would be a
2 billion node per second computer.
