Those captures are useless to examine.. I do not prune on alpha in diep, so i'll try all those moves if a queen down in diep! though you may see it as a waste of nodes, it IS improving my b.f. so i win back some and also sometimes the king safety jumps up 10 pawns for example in some testset positions which get tried by loads of people :) Best regards, Vincent
