Subject: Two sets openings

As far as I know (which I admit is not very far), opening books for
chess programs give only good moves to respond to good moves of the opponent,
while I would like to have an opening book that also tells me how I should
punish weak moves of my opponent. In other words, one set with good moves
for white and another set with good moves for black.
Could anyone help me?
