I see, basically you're looking for opening theory PGN's.
You can find some on ftp://ftp.pitt.edu/group/chess/PGN/Openings/

You could ask other authors if you can use their book, or make a big openingbook
from a mega-PGN file (such as the one released with crafty or the one posted on
Dann's site (http://www.icdchess.com/forums/1/message.shtml?165828)) then tune
that book by using a learning algorithm.

Tuning it yourself will take a lot of time, though automatic tuning isn't
perfect either.
