Virtual Chess II is a full Windows 95-programm with use of the right
mouse button in most parts of it. It has an aditionally Tutor-programm,
which is really fine! It comes with many 2D- and 3D-Boards in a new very
fast technology with using Direct-X 5.0. You can turn the board in every
direction and look under it, too. PGN's now can be commentated.

The strenght "should" be a little higher than Virtua(l) Chess or Virtual
Chess Platinum. The programm plays a little bit more reserved, but
espacially endgames are played strong. Tactically it is not as good as
Fritz or Nimzo 98, but really hard to be beaten.

I existimate an strength of about 2500 Elo on a Pentium 200.
