I see the same on my machine. I also noticed that if you allow it to analyse
the position *after* Qd8 for a little while, and then take the move back, J6
still gives:

1...Qh6 2.Qb8#
  +- (#2) depth: 3 00:00:00
1...Qc5+ 2.Nxc5 Bd5
  +- (8.92) depth: 3 00:00:00
1...Qd6 2.Qxd6 Bf3
  +- (8.83) depth: 3 00:00:00
1...Qd8 2.Qb8+ Qxb8
  = (0.00) depth: 3 00:00:00
1...Qd8 2.Qb8+ Qxb8
  = (0.00) depth: 6 00:00:00
1...Qd8 2.Qb8+ Qxb8
  = (0.00) depth: 9 00:00:00 1kN
1...Qd8 2.Qb8+ Qxb8
  = (0.00) depth: 12 00:00:00 3kN
1...Qd8 2.Qb8+ Qxb8
  = (0.00) depth: 15 00:00:00 6kN, tb=12
1...Qd8 2.Qb8+ Qxb8
  = (0.00) depth: 18 00:00:19 22677kN, tb=5480

Maybe it thinks we're Kramnik doing some preparation prior to a human-computer
match... wait till October and see if it suddenly stops fooling around... ;-)
Anyway, I almost hit the "Submit Follow Up" button when I now see:

1...Qh6 2.Qb8#
  +- (#2) depth: 3 00:00:00
1...Qc5+ 2.Nxc5 Bd5
  +- (8.92) depth: 3 00:00:00
1...Qd6 2.Qxd6 Bf3
  +- (8.83) depth: 3 00:00:00
1...Qd8 2.Qb8+ Qxb8
  = (0.00) depth: 3 00:00:00
1...Qd8 2.Qb8+ Qxb8
  = (0.00) depth: 6 00:00:00
1...Qd8 2.Qb8+ Qxb8
  = (0.00) depth: 9 00:00:00 1kN
1...Qd8 2.Qb8+ Qxb8
  = (0.00) depth: 12 00:00:00 3kN
1...Qd8 2.Qb8+ Qxb8
  = (0.00) depth: 15 00:00:00 6kN, tb=12
1...Qd8 2.Qb8+ Qxb8
  = (0.00) depth: 18 00:00:19 22677kN, tb=5480
1...Qd8 2.Qb8+ Qxb8 3.Nb6#
  = (0.00) depth: 20 00:03:09 231720kN, tb=66906
1...Qd8 2.Qb8+ Qxb8 3.Nb6#
  +- (#3) depth: 21 00:03:39 263462kN, tb=88301
1...Bd5 2.Nxf8 Nb5 3.Nd7 Kb7 4.Qb8+ Kc6 5.Qb6+ Kxd7
  +- (#15) depth: 21 00:05:43 403010kN, tb=222070

I particularly like the line at depth 20 being evaluated as 0.00. ;-) But it did
eventually decide that Qd8 is bad (remember this analysis is after moving Qd8
and retracting). Sorry that I can't explain it.
