Yes

You can check that Junior has no problem to evaluate correctly the following
position:

[D]k4q2/nb1N4/8/8/8/6Q1/7P/6K1 b - - 0 1

Junior does not want to play Qd8 and has no problem to see mate score and not
0.00 score after Qd8

It is for an old version of Junior but I guess that it is also the case for
Junior6.
