I ran the figures very rapidly on an Excel spreadsheet.  Hope I didn't make any
major mistakes.  :)

The formula to convert a Win Percent to Elo Delta is:
ELO DELTA = 400*LOG10(PERCENT/(1-PERCENT))

I can eMail you my Excel spreadsheet if you want.
