Namely, the ELO difference (dE) formula: dE=400*log(p/(1-p)) gives: p=1/[1+10^(-dE/400)] which means that for the fixed steps of increasing dE the corresponding 'win percentage' (p) steps become exponentially small with number of dE steps.
