Well... I think we are in trouble. This move seems a clear and direct
blunder in the position I have, so I believe you and me have different
positions...

Analyzing the PGN file from Tiger and the game listing here, I find a
difference.

Black move #19 in my listing is Bxf5. The move recorded on the CCC
listing is Nxf5. So it seems that Tiger played Bxf5, and I accidentally
typed Nxf5.

This should not be a problem, because black had no knight left, and the
only way to capture on f5 at this time was to move the bishop. So I
suppose you corrected yourself.

The rest of the moves are identical in Tiger's listing. So my advice
would be: can you start again from the begining of the game and make
every move of the following listing to verify that you get the position
you currently have on your board?

The following listing has been produced directly with Chess Tiger:

[Event "Correspondence game"]
[Site "Internet"]
[Date "1998.02.07"]
[Round "?"]
[White "Radio Shack 1650 Level 7"]
[Black "Chess Tiger K5-100Mhz, 256Kb hash, 1min/game"]
[Result "*"]

1. d4 d5 2. c4 e6 3. Nc3 Nf6 4. Bg5 Be7 5. Bxf6 Bxf6 6. e4 dxe4 7. Nge2
Nc6
8. d5 Ne7 9. dxe6 Qxd1+ 10. Rxd1 Bxe6 11. Nxe4 Bxb2 12. Rd2 Ba3 13. N2c3
Bc1
14. Rd1 Bf4 15. g3 Be5 16. Nd5 c6 17. Ne3 O-O 18. Bg2 Nf5 19. Nxf5 Bxf5
20. O-O Rad8 21. c5 Rfe8 22. Nd6 Bxd6 23. Rxd6 Rxd6 24. cxd6 Kf8 25. Rd1
Bd7
26. Kf1 b6 27. Re1 c5 28. Rxe8+ Kxe8 29. Ke1 b5 30. Bh3 Bxh3 *

To make it even easier, before 30. Bh3 the position is the following:
White: Pa2 Pd6 Pf2 Pg3 Ph2 Bg2 Ke1
Black: Pa7 Pb5 Pc5 Pf7 Pg7 Ph7 Bd7 Ke8

Just in case RS1650 had the good position and really played this
blunder, Tiger plays:

30...Bxh3
(... 31. Kd2 Kd7 32. f4 Kxd6 ...
time=0.10s, ply=6, score=+7.06)

If you find something is wrong somewhere, we can start back where the
mistake has been done. Tiger's clock will be correctly restored.
