Maybe I am missing something here, but there is a print button on the upper right hand (user's view) of the window. Perhaps your question is editing? One way is to do a print screen, and then save the image. You can then open the image in your OCR program like Omnipage or anything of like to make possible to edit it in your word processing program. (almost all scanner drivers now have OCR capabilitiy I believe). And Presto! You now have a fully editable text. Gerard
