Dual Pentium III 933 MHz is maybe 1.6 - 1.7x faster (Deep Shredder, Deep Patzer, Deep Fritz, Deep Junior, Deep Crafty). then Pentium IV with 1.7 GHz. Intesting is Pentium IV for Multimedia / Videos not for computer chess. Ram is faster, OK !
