Simply read what you have written and compair it with the rule above . It is simply _wrong_ to make a move and then claim draw by repetition - that's not what the rule says . There doesn't seem to be a perfect way of doing it for an XBoard/WinBoard engine (probably the way Dieter Buerssner does it with Yace is a reasonable compromise though : read http://www.icdchess.com/forums/1/message.shtml?166276 ) pete
