on my webpage you can be found the German readme for the WinBoard Edition II.
The English Readme coming soon.

Furthermore, the UCI to WinBoard adapter from Roland Pfister (programmer of
Patzer).

An introduction can be found in CCC Forum or in the German readme files for the
WinBoard Edition II.
